The Canadian Federal government has given us home decorators a chance to claim this passion on our income tax.  Purchases made up until Jan 31/10 qualify for a 15% rebate on our taxes (to a maximum purchase of $15,000.00).  this includes all products relating to home renovation including paint, flooring, blinds, appliances and the time is NOW!  Only a few days are left to claim this tax credit.

I know…Debbie Downer here announcing what we all know, that summer is coming to a close.  Here in Central Alberta summer has not been all that great - I don’t love hot weather but I have to admit we could have used a few more hot sunny days!  With a weird spring and a faux summer, it is hard to predict what fall will bring weather wise.

One thing I do know is that fall will bring all of YOU into our store to start your winter rennovation projects - this is very exciting!  With the flowers not needing to be pruned and the grass not needing to be trimmed, what will you do with all of your spare time? In between shuttling the kids to sports events, dance, piano and school of course!!

We are proud to announce our winner of a Room Makeover valued at $5,000,00 - Lisa Wack of Red Deer was the lucky winner at our June 30 draw and she is very excited!

I have had the opportunity to visit her at home and take pictures and measurements for the big makeover which should take place some time in September.  Lisa has chosen her living room which is a complete blank slate just waiting for someone to come in and put some designer touches into it!  It is going to be alot of fun and our entire company is on board to help with the project - from office staff to our installation teams.
