I know, I know….everyone is going green, it’s the in thing isn’t it?  For once I don’t mind jumping on a bandwagon and following a trend.  Going green is a very good thing and even a small effort on everyone’s part is helpful.

Carpet One stores are using this green scheme to make a difference in our world.  Our store here in Red Deer has committed to clean up Rotary Park on May 9 from 10-3 and I urge anyone who wants to join us to come out and help.  It was a great day last year and the difference in the park was noticable after only a few hours of us picking and pitching. 

Carpet One will supply garbage bags, gloves, food and fun for anyone who wants to come out and volunteer - hope to see you there!
